Windows 8. Comunque ho mandato il mio pc dal tecnico per formattarlo e ripristinare tutto. Vedremo come va a finire. Quindi la cameo1 con il programma 4.1 funziona bene per cui non è un problema del software della silhouette. Allora ho fatto bene a portare il computer dal medico😂

ciao a tutti, ciao Letizù è tanto che non scrivo in questo forum, problema dei problemi, ho aggiornato il software ma di scaricare la libreria non ne vuole sapere, voi avete avuto problemi?
mnado allegato, da li non si schioda.....Voi come fate?

ciao Letizù, ho provato tutto....era da tantoc eh il programma chiedeva l'aggiornamento e non lo facevo per paura proprio di questo problema con la libreria, poi l'altro giorno il programma non partiva e così mi sono decisa ed ho avviato l'aggiornamento
avevo anche salvato la libreria in modo da importarla ma non riesco a fare nulla.
I vecchi progetti vengono caricati normalmente...
non so cosa fare. -

This is a small bug in version 4.2 of Silhouette Studio that prevents proper communication with our server. Our software team is working hard to properly take care of this and resolve it as soon as they possibly can.
In the meantime, let's get you downgraded to a previous version so we can get you access to your library.
To downgrade to a Legacy version, you may follow the steps below:
Mac
Select the Go menu at the top of the desktop
Select the Applications option
Drag ALL instances of Silhouette Studio to the Trash
**NOTE: Removal should not affect the library or license key (if present)**
Empty the Trash
Install the legacy version of Silhouette Studio® from www.silhouetteamerica.com/software
Will need to select on the arrow next to "Legacy" to view legacy versions
PC
Go to the Start menu
Open the Control Panel
Select the Programs option
Locate and select "Silhouette Studio"
Click on the Remove or Uninstall option
**NOTE: Removal should not affect the library or license key (if present)**
Once successfully removed, re-start the computer
Install the legacy version of Silhouette Studio® from www.silhouetteamerica.com/software
Will need to select on the arrow next to "Legacy" to view legacy versions
Go ahead and install 4.1.479 for me!

non va da nessuna parte... perché purtroppo non esiste un supporto tecnico per l'Italia. -

Salve .. per qualsiasi problema con l'inglese vedo di aiutarvi - essere madre lingua delle volte è un plus! lavoro sempre in inglese con Studio - perché onestamente per la magior parte i termini tradotti in italiano sono indecifrabili ( esempio sul menu taglia - c'è scritto Taglio angolo mentre la traduzione giusto è Taglio contorno - boh 
) Purtroppo molte cose sono state tradotte da un programma non una persona!!
