Come da oggetto.... Che versione di Studio (V4) state utilizzando ?
Io ho installata la 4.0.623 vedo la possibilità di aggiornare a 4.0.837 (migliore?) e anche 4.1.124 (beta.. mmmmm)
per chi ha fatto l'aggiornamento più recente del mio avete avuto problemi e/o ripensamenti ?

io la beta non la provo, la mia versione è la 4.0.837.

esistono dei tutorial all'interno del programma che ti guidano passo passo a fare ogni operazione. Cerca nel menu della guida . -

Buona sera , ma é possibile che se non faccio l 'aggiornamento io continuo a comprare file ma non li trovo in libreria? Ho cercato ovunque, ho aggiornato la Libreria, sono uscita e rientrata , mi dice che ho comprato il file ma non me lo fa vedere. Sono un pò di giorni i che mi sta creando problemi il programma. Ad esempio non trovo più file comprati. Dipende che deve AGGIORNARLO? Grazie. . -

ciao, posso chiederti come hai risolto? anche a me ha fatto la stessa cosa venerdì scorso con un file, ho anche provato a scaricarlo di nuovo ma niente da fare... ora ho scritto all'assistenza ma non mi hanno ancora risposto. -

If your library is showing “synced”, but all content obtained from the Silhouette Design Store is not actively downloaded, you may need to force an update of your library. Please do the following to correct this:
Open the Silhouette Studio® software
Select File > Silhouette Design Store
Sign-in to the Silhouette Design Store
Select your name in the upper-right to open the Account Tools page
Select the option to Recover All Downloaded Designs
Select the option to Reset Cloud Library Sync
Authenticate to authorize the download
Once downloaded, your Silhouette Design Store content will be located in the Cloud User section of your library. Please let us know if you need any further assistance..
